Description
Now pronounce the locality fast five times in a row ... An interesting specimen with two generations of Calcite from a (hard to pronounce and) historic deposit. Dark brown scalenohedrons with a light iridescence are covered with a second generation of sparkling, gemmy smaller Calcite crystals. A very interesting aesthetic! It is said that specimens like this one were fairly common in the 1970, but have basically disappeared from the market. But where did they go? We could not even find a single picture of this combination online.
