  • Rules And Charges Of Delivery (Shipping Costs)

    For maximal fairness, we have put into place a new, transparent system for delivery charges. We ship with Deutsche Post a partner of DHL; delivery time worldwide is 5-7 business days (for details see www.deutschepost.com). We usually ship Fridays.

    The shipping costs are based on the size of the specimens.

    If you have purchased more than one item in an auction or in the shop, you can easily calculate your shipping costs.

    Each specimen size is allocated a certain number of points (see list below) for customers in US and all others.

  • Dear friends and customers, due to the corona pandemic, the shipping, particularly from Germany to USA changed drastically. The usual, and low-priced way via Deutsche Post now runs by sea and usually takes 4 to 8 weeks. All faster options are way more expensive. So we decided to instruct a private provider, which delivers reliably in a relatively short time. This provider is a bit more expensive as Deutsche Post, but the delivery usually only takes 10 days or less. As soon as the current situation changes, we will adjust our postage costs immediatly.
