Description

Numerous of glassy, green Malachite crystals, richly lining mounded Cuprite bearing matrix. The specimen is very rich in colour and aesthetics as well. This is classic material from the well known Siegerland locale Friedrich Mine near Wissen south-west of Siegen. Definitely an old-time piece, with a relatively old label. Probably mined in the early or mid 1900s.
