This is no ordinary Opal! This specimen is another rare piece from the Gunheath China Clay Pit in Cornwall, England. This milky, beautifully yellow and white colored piece has an excellent vitreous luster and the conchoidal fracture, typical for Quartz species. There is virtually no material like offered on the mineral market, making this an excellent opportunity to add a rare Cornish classic recovered during the 1970s to your collection.
