Description
I vividly remember the first time as I visited the area of Lavrion, Greece in 1993 and went into the house of old and meanwhile alas passed away local collector Loukas Kostas. He provided dozens of boxes, filled with finest Baryte specimens from this specific locale. Even two years later, from this material was nothing left or offered around and since these days, I only saw single pieces but never ever a larger amount of specimens. An here we have a fine and almost pristine plate of sharp and lustrous, creamy blades of Baryte with that typical hue of red. A super specimen with only minor imperfections at its periphery.
