Description
You are looking at a sculptural specimen with both, tabular, curved and blocky Calcite crystals up to almost 2 cm tall. They are colorless clear to pure white and mostly translucent. It is interesting to note that in the early 1990s, plenty of these Calcite specimens from Lavrion were available, however, since the collectors who recovered these specimens have passed away, the exact locality has faded into obscurity.
