Description

This is a highly interesting specimen, featuring nearly 3 cm measuring Sphalerite crystals with clearly rounded edges. The Sphalerite is accompanied by prismatic, milky-white and well terminated Quartz crytsals. It is highly lustrous as well and has a partly, indistinct but visible skeletal growth. This fine combination piece from the San Bartolo Mine of Charcas was purchased locally from Dr. Schönfelder in January 2012.
