Description

A few bright red tiny Cinnabar crystals are included in and perched on very glassy, parallel-growth, transparent Baryte crystals on this classic specimen from a famed German locale - the Clarashall Mine near Baumholder. The oxide-tinted crystals have sharp beveled edges. This Baryte mine closed in the early 1970s. Excellent material from the Dr. Pesl Collection.
