Description
Here we have a very old small cabinet sized piece with multifaced, lead-gray Galena crystals on sparkly Quartz from the long-time abandoned Junge Hohe Birke Mine of Zug near Freiberg in Saxony. The crystals here are well formed, sharp edged and they are showing a fine metallic sheen. They are accompanied by less brassy Pyrite and tiny, creamy Siderite blades. This fine specimen, probably mined in the 1800s, comes with a beautiful antique label.
