Description

This is certainly one of the largest and richest Jacobsite specimens we have had for sale in recent years. The display side is literally covered in steel-gray octahedrons of the rare (according to Bruce Cairncross’s book Manganese Adventure) species. The crystals of the Manganese-Iron oxide have a blinding metallic luster, and are perched on typical for the Wessels Manganese mine matrix. A rare species in top aesthetic form!
