Description

You are looking at a lime green Fluorite octahedron measuring 2.6 cm in diameter, which is perfectly perched on a matrix of sparkling Quartz crystals; a typical piece from the Riemvasmaak Fluorite occurrences, in the Northern Cape Province of South Africa. The subtly frosted octahedral faces of the Fluorite have a wonderful silky luster, the crystals has a good translucency, sharp edges and perfect corners. This highly aesthetic material comes from finds from the early 2000s and is now almost considered a classic. A very aesthetic miniature-sized specimen!
