Description

Extremely rare material and therefore almost never offered on the mineral market, these typically light yolk-yellow Calcite ball up to 3,6 cm in diameter on basalt matrix. The piece comes from the Malscheid basalt quarry near Herdorf in Siegerland, which was abandoned around 1950. Top material with excellent overall aesthetics. Minimal scratches on the surface do not detract the overall aesthetics.
