Description
You probably have to think long and hard when you last saw a brown (!) Halite specimen, right? And this is just one of those rare occasions for a great clusters of BROWN cubic and cuboid Halite crystals up to 3.1 cm on edge. The luster is resinous, and the crystal faces look glazed. An excellent, colorful, and very aesthetic specimen from the potash mining at the Sigmundshall Mine that ceased operations in 2018 due to the exhaustion of the reserves.
