Description
A fine and typical Clara Mine-Olivenite specimen with countless acicular crystals, scattered over a stepped, crystallized Fluorite matrix. The brownish glistening coating we can see, is microcrystalline Bariopharmacosiderite which is encrusting the entire display face. Such items were relatively common in the "great old days" from the 1960s to the 1990s, as the large dump was still accessible. Nowadays it is closed for the public and the mine is working in great depth where the cavities are pretty small.
