Description

Unusual flattened tabular Galena crystals to 1.6 cm are associated with Galena with the more isometric habit and rounded edges, and some black Siderite crystals. The Galena has a beautiful lead-grey color and good metallic luster. A great specimen from the David Shaft, which is part of the famous Himmelfahrt Mine in the Freiberg mining district. Ex E. Kretschmer collection.
