The Sapat Gali Olivine deposit is northeast of Naran in northern Pakistan is considered a classic locality that has produced some of the world´s best crystals of Forsterite (aka as Peridot). The color is a really rich, lime-green the likes of which you seldom see. The 3 cm measuring crystal cluster is quite gemmy, has very good vitreous luster, and an excellent crystal form. A superb, sharp small miniature specimen; far beyond the normal quality of this material! And you can get it at a reasonable price!
