Description
A large, 4 cm measuring pink Apatite crystal perched on sheets of six-sided silvery Muscovite crystals with brownish patina (Limonite?). The Apatite is not quite perfect but has a top vitreous luster, and sharp edges. It has an intense pink color, is translucent, and gemmy. This incredible specimen has a top contrast and excellent overall aesthetics. And for those of you who saw a Morganite, the pink variety of Beryl in this specimen: You are wrong but you are not alone.
