Description
This fine specimen hosts numerous well formed and GEMMY amber-brown, tabular Baryte crystals and despite the specimen is not perfect, this is a highly attractive and desired locality piece from Schlema in Saxony. The Barytes here are sharp edged and highly lustrous with excellent clarity. Top material from the heyday of this great mining district, during the active times in the 1960s and 1970s. Practically disappeared from the scene nowadays.
