Description
A fine and rare combo of rare silver-sulfosalt Argentopyrite as tombac-brassy individuals, richly covering the matrix and associated with dark red to black and multifaced Pyrargyrite crystals. The Argentopyrite here, by far the more interesting species features well developed, six-sided crystals, sharp edged with fine metallic sheen. A great mini from the well known Schacht 250 (Shaft 250) of Schlema in Saxony. The pictures cannot convey the quality of the specimen so this one is much better in person.
