Description
A superb, showy, two-sided, cabinet specimen of highly lustrous, twinned and striated, black Sphalerite crystals to 2,7 cm on a bit of silicified limestone matrix accompanied by multifaced, transparent light butterscotch-coloured Calcite from the famous Joplin of the Tri-State District. This is an exceptional, essentially undamaged, old-timer. These are exceptionally hard to find today in such quality and date to the 1940s-60s.
