Description

This great specimen is richly covered with steel gray bladed crystals of Nagyagite and comes from the famous Type Locality of Nagyág (now called Sacarîmb), Romania. A beautiful small cabinet sized specimen, very rich with this rare silver telluride, that can be had without breaking the bank as with most Nagyagites. Nearly all were mined prior to 1900, one can assume, and good specimens of this fragile species are today rare, usually only obtainable in museum collections. This piece is very rich and loaded with lathe-like nagyagite crystals to 0,7 cm in size.
