Description

Look at this excellent pseudomorph of somewhat warty, deep green Malachite after relatively thin-tabular Chalcosite. The crystals are impressive 1.2 cm in size! They are abundant but loosely intergrown on a cavernous gossan matrix. This is a highly aesthetic and interesting specimen from the 1980s; slightly different in appearance from the more recent finds from 2021.
