Here is another very sculptural native Lead on-matrix specimen from the classic Swedish Långban Mine. The above-average well-developed light gray Lead crystals measure up to 1.6 cm and are prominently perched on the typical carbonate matrix. Since the mine, which had been in operation since 1711, was closed in 1972, such aesthetic Lead specimens are among the mine´s most sought-after pieces. This is a great old-time and classic specimen and hardly anything in this quality can be found on the market.
