Description

A very excellent Calcite specimen from the old iron mine "Einheit Mine" near Elbingerode in the Harz, which was defunct in 1990. The colorless, partly slightly whitish and well-terminated crystals reach a remarkable 4.5 cm and, as far as I can tell with the unaided eye, they are largely pristine,- and MUCH BETTER IN PERSON !!!
