Description

The well known Einheit Mine of Elbingerode in the Harz mountains is an abandned iron mine and was from 1889 until 1990 under construction. During this period the mine produced a relatively large number of Calcite specimens,- and this is a good one from there with very pale amber coloured, tapering crystals up to 2,7 cm. A really good piece.
