Description
Actually Bournonite and Chalcopyrite are the major species of the Georg Mine near Horhausen in Westerwald and good Pyrite specimens are only subordinate in old collections. But here we have a great piece with golden, slightly deformed crystals with cubed basic shape. The single crystals are sharp edged and almost perfect terminated. This is a really super locality piece and good Pyrites from Georg Mine are way more difficult to come by than the more common species from this locale.
