Description
Look at this TOP specimen from Lavrion with an interesting mineralogical history: It is covered with thousands of approx. 2 mm tall golden brown Jarosite crystals. The matrix is a Limonite cast, that is perimorph after Gypsum. The cast is hollow with the Gypsum dissolved. In a later crystallization, small Gypsum crystals partly covered the specimen.
