Description
A small-cabinet-sized specimen with tabular white Barite crystals up to 3.5 cm in size. One side is dusted with some Pyrite. This is a classic Black Forest specimen, as the mines of Wieden shut down operations in 1974. A small German label typed with an old-style typewriter is attached to the back of the piece.
