Description
This is a typical specimen for the Johanneszeche [Johannes Mine], a Talc mine in Germany’s northern Bavaria. A pseudomorph of beige soapstone after Quartz crystals with the largest crystal measuring 1.3 cm. This now closed and reclaimed locality is well-known among collectors for these classic pseudomorphs which once abundant, have become rare on the market.
