Description

Steel-gray gear-like clusters of Roman sword-shaped crystals of the rare sulfosalt Semseyite on black Sphalerite and some Galena. Not perfect but an extremely rich specimen, and it is from the type locality for the species Semseyite, the Baia Sprie Mine that worked ore deposits from the early 14th century until its closure in 2006.
