Description

What looks like a jumble of jackstraws is actually an unusual Quartz specimen form the Chinese Yaogangxian Mine. Long prismatic, sharp crystals, the largest of which measures 7.1 cm, are transparent with a vitreous luster. Most of them (but not all) are doubly terminated. A piece with great aesthetics.
