Description
An aesthetic, sharp, steel gray cluster of Rutile. It has a reddish hue to it (the name in the early 1800s is from the Latin term rutilus, meaning "reddish.) with an incredible metallic luster. It is from the classic American locality Graves Mountain, a Kyanite-Quartzite deposit (that was mined for Kyanite), in Lincoln County, in north eastern Georgia.
