Description
This is a fine Bournonite & Rhodochrosite-on-Quartz specimen from well known Peruvian locale Huayllapon Mine of Pasto Bueno. The Bournos here are well formed, sharp edged and nicely terminated. They are beautifully associated with light "chewing gum-pink" Rhodochrosite and contrastful perched on whitish, glistening Quartz. Only minor bruising at the Bournos, featuring fine striations along their prism faces and wonderful metallic sheen. Super overall aesthetics.
