Description
Cuprian rich Smithsonite from Tsumeb is uncommon and in great demand by collectors. Specimens as this one are uncommon, in this caliber, with such lustrous and sparkling crystals! This specimen on mounded matrix features multifaced, glassy and lucent to transparent, apple green crystals, to 5 mm across. Probably from the 1970s, now such things are seldom seen. In any thumbnail or small miniature collection, this would be a welcome burst of colour!
