Description
First-rate crystals of uncommon Mercurian Tetrahedrite, sometimes called Schwazite after the locality where this variety was first found. This excellent Tetrahedrites with one larger major crystal are modified dodecahedrons up to 1,4 cm across, with a pleasant and uniform steel-gray colour and good metallic luster. They rest on a small amount of matrix composed of glistening Quartz. One of the better crystals of Schwazite that I have seen from Austria, due to the fact, that the crystals are well and free standing crystallized and NOT dissected out of the Baryte matrix as usual and as we all know.
