Description
A wonderful combination piece from the famous Blackdene Mine of Weardale in Durham, England. The Fluorite crystals are distinctive cuboid, nearly tabular with sharp edges and good luster. A bunch of botryoidal brown Siderite, a typically association from this locale, is perched on one side of the major crystal. There is a superb glowing with long wave UV as we see on the pictures. Only minor but visible imperfection on this otherwise excellent specimen.
