Description
A typically Quartz plate is richly covered with beige coloured, well formed, bladed Apatite accompanied by deep violet to black, cubed Fluorite and multifaced, brassy Pyrite. The major species, the Apatite here, is sharp edged and features beautiful luster, what gives the surface a glistening look. The sprinkled Fluorite gives additional contrast what makes the piece more dramatic. A great and rare thing from the Sauberg Mine of Ehrenfriedersdorf, which is one of the most desired localities in Saxony.
