Description
A beautiful and uncommon but well known combination of yolk yellow Chlorargyrite and deep royal blue, well formed Azurite from the famous Australian locality Proprietary Mine of Broken Hill. The Chlorargyrite here is rich of faces with waxy luster and partly sharp edges. This is a rare member of the group of related silver chlorides from Broken Hill, and hard to obtain today in good specimens. The Azurite has super luster and is almost sharp edged and well terminated. Naturally such kind of specimens are not absolutely perfect, but this is a great combo and exceeding hard to come by nowadays.
