Description
This superb and colourful specimen features numerous botryoidal aggregates of light but anyway intense mint-blue, copper bearing Smithsonite from the famous Greek locality Serpieri Mine No 60 (type loc. of Serpierite) of Hilarion-Christiana Mine Area near Lavrion. This super aesthetic piece comes from a single recent find they made a few years ago. Especially such fine and super aesthetic material dispersed immediately on the mineral market and still now, a few years later, it is almost impossible to get hold of such a fine piece.
