Description

A super alpine Austrian Hessonite specimen from the well known Diopsidrinne of Zillertal in Tyrol. The crystals here are excellent developed and they are showing a deep brown colour. They are sharp edged and mirror bright combined with great gemminess and only minor but slightly visible imperfections. Such items are exceeding rarely offered on mineral shows and consquently hard to come by.
