Description

This is an excellent, Clinohumite crystal measuring over 2 cm in size with a deep brown in color. The crystal is super gemmy and the numerous crystal faces look a bit “etched” despite the very good luster and translucency. The white Calcite associated with the Clinohumite creates a beautiful contrast. A truly excellent piece from the pits and open cuts if the forests of the Mahenge Mountains in southern Tanzanian; rarely offered these days.
