Moroccan Vanadinite is nothing to write home about unless the species of red, highly lustrous and hexagonal crystals is associated with tabular white Barite. That combination has something special and it is also much more sought-after than the usual run of the mill Moroccan pieces. So let’s take a closer look at these relatively robust, partially translucent crystals, which measure 1.4 cm. Together with smaller “side car” crystals, they form a very aesthetic and sculptural specimen. Definitely a wonderful piece and the minimal imperfections that are barely visible to the unaided eye, and do not detract from the overall picture. Beautiful, colorful, and aesthetic!
