Description
I vividly remember our active mineralogical days in Greece and during this period, our Greek friends of the Kapella family offered us from time to time Serifos specimens from their trips to this beautiful island in the Aegean. Nowadays, most of this material disappeared from the market, due to the fact, that it is almost impossible to bring minerals off the island. And here we have a beautiful specimen with multiple faceted, bladed, creamy Baryte crystals contrasted on matrix, consiting of numerous dark brown and glistening Siderite rhombs. A super attractive piece, almost pristine on its display face.
