Description

The Nanisivik Mine, operated from 1976 to 2002 is one of the most northerly mines in the world and was Canadas first mine in the Arctic. This fine specimen features numerous crystals of glistening, tombac-coloured Bravoite, a Ni-bearing Pyrite varietal accompanied by multifaced, pale amber coloured Calcite crystals to 1,3 cm.
