Description
Innumerable, incredibly deep purple Fluorite cubes line cavities in a limestone matrix. Most of the Fluorite of the find was massive but the crystals here are up to 3 mm, gemmy-translucent, and with a vitreous luster. A specimen from Fluorite veins discovered in the early 1970s in the still active limestone quarry Boltry (Carrière du Boltry).
