Description
A super specimen with radial sprays of whitish-grey Strontianite crystals on Calcite matrix. The tapered crystals are up to 1.2 cm tall and very aesthetically arranged. The specimen is from the abandoned Mathilde Mine which worked deposits near the village of Ascheberg, where Strontianite was mined from 1860 to the mid-1940s
