Description
A specimen with delicate light olive to beige colored Barite crystals, some over 3 cm tall, on matrix. Sharp, gemmy and water-clear. Perfect terminations add to the excellent overall aesthetics of the piece. Cerro Warihuyn is a fairly new specimen locality discovered that was in the spring of 2005. You too can own a Barite specimen from the 2,850 meters tall Warihuyn, a mountain in the Peruvian Andes, near the village of Miraflores.
