Description

This is a classic specimen from the Amelia Mine on the Baja California Sur, Mexico. Royal blue Boleite cubes to 0.6 cm on typical Gypsum matrix. The main crystal is definitely glued back onto the very soft matrix, however, as a loose crystal it still represents a significant value. The matrix is covered in green Brochantite.
