Description

Olive-brown, barrel-shaped, curved Mimetite-Campylite crystals on a Quartz matrix coated black with Manganese Oxides. The interior color of the Mimetite clusters is grass green. This is a very rich and relatively large classic specimen from a very classic UK locality: Dry Gill Mine, Caldbeck, Allerdale in Cumbria.
