Description
This is a very excellent and highly aesthetic specimen with countless Fluorite crystals, the largest of which measures 2.2 cm on edge. The crystals are translucent with a faint but still clearly noticeable lavender-blue hue and a vitreous luster. The crystal faces of the slightly curved crystals with a cubic habit have an interesting parquet structure on the crystal faces. The imperfections are minor and hardly detectable. A specimen from the find from the early 1990s from the Jaimina Mine in Asturias, northwestern Spain.
